PCLC PREMIUM VENDING
TERMS & CONDITIONS

Exhibitor tables will be available in Vision Hall, May 10 - 12, 2017. Costs for the tables are $300.00 each. Premium spaces are $450.00. Tables will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. A 50 % deposit must be paid to reserve a table. The remaining balance must be by April 1, 2017. Personal checks are not accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS! Vending Deposits or any other payments associated with this event are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Spaces for Sunday, May 14, 2017 are an additional $100.00. To purchase a Sunday Space (Click Here).

DISCLAIMER OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Neither Greater Grace Temple of the Apostolic Faith, Inc. or its entities shall be liable for claims arising out of injury, theft or damage to exhibitors' display, equipment nor other property brought to the event. The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses and damages, and shall indemnify and hold harmless Greater Grace Temple Inc. and affiliates, its officers, board of directors, and agents, as well as its agents and employees from all responsibility and liability for any such losses, damages and claims. Greater Grace Temple will not provide a locked area for your merchandise. All merchandise brought to GGT is at the risk of the exhibitor, and must be secured and protected by that vendor.

Please Note: Greater Grace Temple does not provide storage for crates or freight of any kind. Exhibitors MUST make other arrangements for the storage of crates and other packing materials.

For those vendors who want to continue to sell on Sunday 5/14/17, this Sunday Vendor Extension must be purchased.  ONLY vendors with this extension will be allowed to operate on Sunday at Greater Grace Temple.
